I wanted to create something fun and summery for her readers so what's brighter than neons? I created a distressed manicure using China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy as a base, followed by dry brush strokes of China Glaze Shocking Pink, Zoya Trixie, and Wet N' Wild Black. Everything is finished off with a coat of top coat for maximum glossiness.
